S.m.a.r.t. styling training is a modern training tool developed for fashion consultants in the retail sector. It is developed in collaboration with leading parts of the Swedish fashion industry such as Åhléns and MQ, to make sure the education meets the needs of the market. The training is also quality assured by Svensk Handels kompetensbyrå, and after completing the training, each student is issued a diploma for style advising and fashion sales.

We believe there is a shortage on the market for tools and methodology when it comes to training sales and store professionals in the fashion industry, both in schools and in the industry itself. The fact that our tool works great for both the business community and schools, makes us a complete solution provider that is always relevant to market needs.

S.m.a.r.t. styling training is an e-based training program made up by ten sections. The course is fun, intuitive and effective, and the students get the tools they need to create their own style in terms of color and shapes.

The person behind the content is Mirjam Kellermann, who has worked in the fashion industry for 25 years. Since 2004 she has trained employees in the fashion industry in styling and personal shopping with great success. Smart Stylingträning AB is a registered company with focus on selling Smart styling training, and educating trainers and teachers on how to use the course materials and methodology.

Each section of the course is complemented with a variety of exercises that students perform in the store and classroom. The sections also provide suggestions on knowledge tests. These exercises increase efficiency by combining theory and practice, and the knowledge of the sections sticks far better when students can put it to use in a store or classroom. Teacher and student suggestions are available in the program.

The training is constantly evolving and new sections will be added. It is primarily designed for students, but work well for story employees and fashion consultants alike.
